Yes, we do allow shared spaces, but not accept separate payments. One vendor is responsible for full payment, and can collect the monies owing from the vendor they are partnering with.
Can I share a space?
You are welcome to leave you items overnight at your discretion. All the tents will come with walls to enclose your area, and there will be overnight security on the grounds.

What we will provide:
We will provide:
A white 10' x 10' tent
A 6' wide x 2 ½' deep undraped table.
What to bring with you:
Display materials: products, signs etc.
Your Vehicle Access Pass.
Weather appropriate clothing: Winter coat, hats, gloves
Food and drinks (or purchase on site).
A re-usable water bottle. Toronto Water will be on site with free tap water.
Bring your old CDs, DVDs and books if you want to participate in the onsite eco-swap.
Vehicle entry/exit point: Bay Street south of Dundas Street
Your vehicle may enter the site at the corner of Chestnut St and Armoury Street. To access the entry/exit point, drive west along Shuter to Yonge. Celebrate Toronto staff will be on hand to help and direct you to your booth. Bring your Vehicle Access Pass.
Move- in details:
Move- in details: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Set up begins at 8:00 a.m. Drive your vehicle to the vehicle access point at Chestnut and Armoury Street and show your Vehicle Access Pass to the Security guard on site.
You will have 20 minutes to unload your vehicle.
Vehicles cannot remain on site for the duration of the move-in period. After you unload, exit the site and park your vehicle, then walk back to set up your booth.
All vehicles must be off Nathan Phillips Square by 10:00 am sharp! Event begins at 11:00 a.m.
While driving on site, use your 4-way hazard lights, maintain a speed of no more than 15km/hr, and have a person walk beside/escort your vehicle. Do not idle your vehicle.
Move-out details: March 3rd & 4th 6 – 8p.m. March 5th & 6th 10:30-12:30pm
Celebrate Toronto will end at 6:00 p.m. sharp March 3 & 4th and 10:30pm sharp March 5th & 6th. At this time, you must complete all sales and begin dismantling your booth.
To bring your vehicle back onto the street for move-out, drive your vehicle to the vehicle access point at Chestnut and Armoury and present your Vehicle Access Pass to the Security Guard.
